How to connect KuikWit with an Instagram account
Unlock the full potential of your customer interactions by seamlessly integrating KuikWit with an Instagram account.
The installation is fast and completes in just a few minutes. Start by logging in to KuikWit and then follow these easy steps:

Navigate to the Settings page, which appears on the left panel.

In the left panel, choose the Channels option. This will display additional choices such as Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram, and Twilio.

Click on Instagram to display the screen that prompts the user to integrate and connect the Instagram Account.

Click on Connect to Instagram.This will direct the user through a series of screens for the process.

Authenticate the account by using valid Facebook account credentials.

Click on Continue as [user name].

Click on Get Started .This will open the dialog box to authenticate an Instagram account.

Select the Facebook page, which is connected to an Instagram account. And click on Continue to proceed.

Select an Instagram account to be integrated with the CRM and click on Continue to proceed

Click on Save to save the settings

Finally, click on Got it to complete the process

Great! A Facebook page connected to an Instagram account has been integrated with CRM, which is to be activated by clicking on Connect Page.

Navigate to the users screen to assign Facebook pages to the users.

Click on view details.

Activate the Edit Info mode.

Select the Instagram Connected Facebook Pages for the assignment and click on Save to save the settings.
