How to connect KuikWit with a WhatsApp Number
Unlock the full potential of your customer interactions by seamlessly integrating KuikWit with a WhatsApp Number.
The installation is fast and completes in just a few minutes. Start by logging in to KuikWit and then follow these easy steps:

Navigate to the Settings page, which appears on the left panel.

In the left panel, choose the Channels option. This will display additional choices such as Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram, and Twilio.

Click on Whatsapp to display the screen that prompts the user to integrate and connect the Facebook pages.

Click on Connect to Whatsapp .This will open the dialog prompt for the process.

Authenticate the account by using valid Facebook account credentials.

Click on Continue as [user name].

Click on Get Started to start the process.

Create the business portfolio, fill in relevant information, and click on Next to proceed.

Create or select the WhatsApp business account and WhatsApp business portfolio, and click on Next to proceed.

Fill in the relevant information, select the category, and click on Next to proceed.

Enter the WhatsApp number to register it.

Enter the Verification code received on the entered number.

Finally, click on Finish to complete the process.

Great! The WhatsApp number has been registered and integrated with the CRM, which can be connected by clicking on the Connect Page.

Navigate to the users screen to assign Facebook pages to the users.
